We are delighted to announce that the winner of the BSHP Graduate Essay Prize 2019 is Wim Vanrie (University of Ghent) for his essay “Why did Frege reject the theory of types?”.
The runner-up is Michael Morgan (University of Chicago) for his essay “Socrates on how to be ignorant”. The winner and runner up were selected through a rigorous process of blind peer review, from a field of 53 entries. Congratulations to Wim and Michael for their outstanding work!
